Walking Lunge

How to perform
- 1Hold a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.
- 2Step forward into a lunge until both knees reach around 90 degrees.
- 3Drive through the front heel to bring the back leg through.
- 4Continue alternating legs as you walk forward.
Common mistakes
Letting the front knee collapse inward.
Taking steps too short and stressing the knee.
Leaning the torso too far forward.
