How to perform

  1. 1Kneel below a high cable with a rope attachment held by your head.
  2. 2Hinge down by crunching the abs toward the floor.
  3. 3Round your spine as you contract, keeping hips still.
  4. 4Return under control to the start.

Common mistakes

×Pulling with the arms instead of crunching with the abs.
×Moving at the hips rather than the spine.
×Using too much weight and losing form.
